Return policy.

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your purchased item must returned be in the same condition that you have received it. Refunds will only be granted to items which have been damaged during delivery,  production or items which are the incorrect order.  You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase to receive a full refund.

To request a return, please contact us at tappolis@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on the return process of your packaged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 
Please review your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, faulty or if you receive the incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and fix it as soon as possible.
